Bōru: Deep Waters and Wild Nature – Where Land Meets Water

I chose to dive deep into the inspiration of where land meets water—a space where powerful natural elements intertwine. This project was an opportunity for me to explore unexpected connections and create an environment that tells a compelling story—one that can be felt in every detail. From the earthy materials to the natural tones, every aspect was carefully designed to craft an intimate atmosphere where design and culinary experience merge.

As part of the project, I developed a unique brand identity centered around the name Bōru—which means “bowl” in its original language. The choice of this name not only reflects the essence of the space as a place of gathering, connection, and inclusion but also guided my interior design approach. The space was designed to embody the concept of containment—in form, ambiance, and materials—just like a bowl that gathers and holds the finest offerings of the kitchen.

The branding serves as a bridge between worlds—earth and water, tradition and innovation—highlighting the perfect balance between luxury and simplicity, between raw nature and modern design.
